Meet Our Team

Cathy Hernandez – Vice President and Administrator AXL Homecare. A dedicated professional with proven ability to create and monitor policies and practices that promote an impactful environment and culture that encourages continuous improvements for all stakeholders. As Chief Executive Officer/Founder of Reset Health Coaching, I coached people to a happier healthier life. I am a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Weight Management Specialist, Certified Sports Nutritionist and National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. In developing Reset Health Coaching, I lead it to become a CDC Recognized Diabetes Prevention Program. Being Medicare certified, I was able to reach more people and get them the help they needed to prevent diabetes. I am now Vice-President and Administrator of AXL Homecare and have the same passion and care for people. My goal is to get patients the care they need.

My educational background includes Bachelor of Arts -Applied Arts and Sciences with an emphasis in Business (2006) from Texas State University.
